Adult Day Programs

Eligibility

We welcome individuals 18 years and older with all diagnoses to participate in EverGrow programs. At this time, our bathrooms are being renovated for wheelchair accessibility.

Opportunities for individualized growth, based on interests and skills assessment upon admission:

- vocational training

- recreation/leisure

- personal safety

- community participation (including transportation)

- health/wellness

- music

- art

- social skills

- computer skills

- home/independent living (cooking, cleaning, laundry)

- self care (personal hygiene and grooming)

- time/schedule management

- basic finances

Day Program Schedule:

9:00-2:30PM / Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

​

9:00-9:30: Arrival/ Morning Meeting go over daily schedule and plan

 

9:30-11:00: Life Skills and Independent work daily chores around farm

 

11:00-12:00: Lunch prep food, group meal, cleaning up (*provide own sack lunch)

 

12:00-2:00: Group Activity art, music, fitness, nature walk

 

2:00-2:30: Wrap-up group share, journaling, cleaning
